In this actionable workshop, participants will focus on operationalizing their newly developed strategic vision. Through guided exercises, they will identify specific initiatives and steps that will integrate sustainability and climate justice into core operations—whether that’s in supply chain management, product development/programming, marketing, or HR. By the end of this session, the team will have a clear roadmap for implementing their vision across departments and functions.

In this final workshop, participants will focus on measuring the success of their sustainability and climate justice initiatives. Through an introduction to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and related impact measurement frameworks, the team will learn how to track progress toward their strategic goals. Participants will collaborate to begin the designs of a customized measurement framework that ensures accountability, transparency, and continued improvement as the organization evolves its sustainability efforts.
